Please book your arrival flights accordingly:
Week 1: October 25th afternoon arrival around 12pm noon and October 30th depart morning or early afternoon.
Week 2: October 30th early afternoon arrival and November 4th depart morning or early afternoon.
Week 3: November 4th early afternoon arrival and November 9th morning or early afternoon.
If you need to arrive early or depart late from the limited Calm Air Flight Schedule the Artica team will sort out any additional charges. Extra nights are $350 USD which includes food, prolonged stays are $125 USD / day for meals. This must be coordinated with the Artica team while you book. Subject to availability.
We highly recommend trip insurance in the event that your flight is cancelled or delayed.

Learn from seasoned wildlife photographers who will guide you through the nuances of capturing stunning autumn scenes and potential for high-key white-on-white shots of polar bears and the breathtaking subarctic landscape.
Venture into the wild in subarctic safari vehicles for close encounters with polar bears. Capture these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat while our guides share insights into their behavior and conservation.
Each day we'll spend time outdoors from 8:30-3:30 - maximizing your chances to witness and photograph polar bears in different lighting conditions. Lunch on the road allows the maximum amount of time to look for bears.
After a long day of shooting, return home made meals in our remote cabin accommodations.
